Birmingham are intent on keeping starlets Eddy Gnahore and Nathan Redmond out of the clutches of rival clubs. Gnahore and Redmond are both due to sign scholarship forms next month, with a view to turning professional on their 17th birthdays, reports the Birmingham Mail<.i>
French-born midfielder Gnahore was tied to Manchester City, but opted to move to Blues in order to maximise his chances of a senior breakthrough.
Redmond is a Brummie and the winger has already been on the bench this season, and in Alex McLeish's first-team squad on other match days.
