Birmingham City boss Steve Bruce is poised to make a double swoop for Wolves duo Seyi Olofinjana and Darren Potter.

Bruce wants to bolster his midfield after the departure of Stephen Clemence, the Hossam Ghaly fiasco and Damien Johnson's latest injury setback.

Bruce said: "We are short in the middle of the park, so that is an area that I'm looking to strengthen."
