Birmingham winger Beausejour close to Wigan move
Jean Beausejour’s move from Birmingham City to Wigan Athletic is almost complete.
The Chilean winger is undergoing a medical at the DW Stadium and reports suggest his transfer to the Latics will be finalised soon.
Roberto Martinez is looking to strengthen his squad to help avoid relegation as Beausejour prepares to depart Birmingham who have a strong chance of bouncing straight back to the top flight.
Blues boss Chris Hughton is set to lose the 27-year old, who has been a key contributor so far this campaign, but failed to impress during his stint in the Premier League with the St Andrew’s club last campaign.
