Birmingham City have first refusal on Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland.

The Express & Star says Birmingham will get first refusal on Butland if the goalkeeper is loaned out by Stoke, who paid Blues £3million for him last month, as a gesture of good-will.

The England keeper is spending the remainder of this term on-loan back at St Andrews.
