Birmingham City are reviving interest for Liverpool winger Ryan Babel.
Skysports.com says the Reds are ready to offload the former Ajax ace so that they can fund some of their own signings before the close of the transfer window.
The news has rekindled Birmingham's interest in the 23-year-old with Blues boss Alex McLeish a long-term admirer of the versatile attacker.
