Birmingham City have reported Wigan Athletic to the Premier League.
The People says Brum co-owner David Sullivan remains upset that manager Steve Bruce took several of his staff with him when he left for the Latics. The final straw for Sullivan was the defection of goalkeeping coach Nigel Spink.
