Birmingham City management are expecting big things from on-loan Tottenham winger David Bentley.

Bentley has been tipped to shine by chief scout Paul Montgomery.

He told the Birmingham Mail: "He chose to come here rather than about six other clubs. He's a massive signing for us and by the end of the season he will have proven to be a big asset.

"He needs games as well. But he has got the quality that makes a difference."
