Grant Hall hopes to establish a future at Tottenham with a successful loan at Birmingham City.
The defender will spend the season at St Andrews, but wants a chance with Spurs.
"I'd like to think I can," admitted the 6ft 3in stopper to the Birmingham Mail.
"That would be the aim, to play in the Premier League at some point.
"These (loans) were the steps - Swindon in League One and now in the Championship with Birmingham - I wanted to take.
"Hopefully if I do well for Birmingham we will see what happens after that."
