Birmingham City goalkeeper Jack Butland will be spending time at parent club Stoke City for the remainder of the season.

Butland is in close contact with the Potters' coaches and is set to train at Stoke one day a week for the rest of the season.

He said: "It was everything I wanted to see when I first went there. I feel it can take me to the next step."
