Cardiff City striker Jay Bothroyd wants Premier League football.

Bothroyd is off contract in June.

The Championship's leading scorer, linked with moves to Birmingham and Fulham, said: "I don't want to discuss my contract during the season. I'm just focused on getting into the Premier League with Cardiff.

"My goal at the start of the season was to win promotion and nothing has changed.

"I want to play at the top level on a regular basis. That's been my goal since I signed for Cardiff.

"At that time, I spoke to Dave Jones and he had the same ambition. We both want to be in the Premier League."
