Birmingham City defender Curtis Davies is interesting Newcastle United.

Toon boss Alan Pardew has drawn up a list of possible new centre-backs after losing Steven Taylor to injury for the rest of the season.

And he believes they could get Davies from cash-strapped Championship side Birmingham.
