Birmingham City defender Scott Dann is in the sights of Chelsea.
The Daily Mail says Chelsea will move for Dann if they fail to gain a UK work permit for Serbia defender Slobodan Rajkovic.
Dann is also wanted by Everton, Liverpool, Arsenal and Stoke City.
The Potters have held talks with Dann in recent weeks, but been put off by his high wage demands.
