Birmingham boss Alex McLeish has turned his attentions to Belgian striker Moussa Dembele as he strives to strengthen his Blues side. The AZ Alkmaar talent is rated at £5 million and seeking a move from Holland - and McLeish has joined the hunt, reports the Birmingham Mail.
Olympiakos are also said to be keen on the 22 year old and Arsenal and Chelsea have registered interest in the past.
Dembele, who has a Malian father and Belgian mother, was a star as Alkmaar won the Eredivisie in 2009 under Louis van Gaal.
