Egypt international Shikabala is interesting Birmingham City.
The Daily Mail says Birmingham are interested in Shikabala.
The 25-year-old playmaker, who can also play on the wing, is out of contract with club Zamalek in December and is able to hold talks now over a prospective pre-contract agreement.
Shikabala has also attracted interest from Germany and France but is keen to play in the Premier League should Birmingham stay up.
