Alejandro Bedoya can sign for Birmingham City on a free transfer.
Blues are to take midfielder Bedoya on a week-long trial.
The USA international, 23, is running his contract down at Swedish club Orebro SK, says the Birmingham Mail.
Blues boss Alex McLeish will take a close look at Bedoya before making a final decision.
