Birmingham City are on the brink of signing Boca Juniors striker Pablo Mouche.

Brum boss Alex McLeish had discussed a £1.25m transfer with Boca for the forward, but is now favouring a loan deal.

McLeish has been informed that Boca are willing to accept a £200,000 loan fee, says the Daily Mail.

Mouche would arrive as Eck seeks to offload Marcus Bent this month.
