Birmingham City boss Gianfranco Zola retains hope of signing Crystal Palace winger Bakary Sako.
A £4million move for Crystal Palace's Sako has hit the buffers with the forward keen to stay at Selhurst Park.
"Bakary has played well in his last game at Palace and it could become difficult for him to move.
"I heard the fans were chanting his name too so it could be difficult," said Zola.
