Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish has confirmed he remains keen on Rangers striker Kris Boyd.
The Daily Record says McLeish is to have Boyd watched when he makes his Scotland comeback at Hampden on Wednesday.
He said: "I won't be there but we will have someone at the game."
McLeish snapped up the former Kilmarnock man when he was Gers boss four years ago and has already tried to lure him to St Andrew's twice.
But Boyd, who recently became the SPL's record scorer, has rejected a new deal at Ibrox and is set to cash in as a free agent with McLeish looking to tie-up a deal.
