Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish is weighing up whether to give a debut to full-back David Murphy after he completed his £1.5 million move from Hibernian.

He said: "We'll decide whether he will be available for the weekend because he has not done much this week and not for a couple of weeks before that because of a hamstring injury.

"There is no point in making any decisions at this point."
