Birmingham City boss Lee Clark isn't afraid comparing West Ham United midfielder Ravel Morrison to Paul Gascoigne.
Clark was a junior player at Newcastle United when Gazza was making the headlines at St James' Park.
"I compare him to Paul around the time when he went to Spurs," Clark told the Daily Mail.
"Paul was the best midfielder in the business and, without that injury in the FA Cup semi-final, he would have gone to Lazio and proved himself to be the best in the world.
"I'm not saying Ravel is there yet, not at all, but I see so much of Paul in him in the way he plays the game.
"Ravel has that type of genius.
"He has that passing ability, he can score goals, create goals and has a turn of foot.
"His goal at the weekend (against Spurs) was everything he is about - getting the ball deep, having the confidence and skill to go by players and then the finish, what a finish.
"That took a lot of composure just to dink it over the keeper.
"But that wasn't a one-off, I've seen that so many times for Birmingham and in training."
