Birmingham City have agreed a £5 million fee with Cardiff City for Roger Johnson.

The Mirror says the Premier League new boys are still discussing how the payment should be made with the Bluebirds wanting cash upfront.

The Blues have offered to stagger payments for centre-back Johnson, 26, and the player is keen on the move so a deal seems likely.
