Blackburn Rovers have struck terms for Birmingham City defender Scott Dann.
The Daily Mail says Blackburn have agreed a £5million fee with Birmingham for Dann in a bid to head off competition from ambitious QPR.
Dann, 24, has attracted the interest of a host of clubs with Birmingham resigned to losing him following their relegation to the Championship last season.
