Birmingham City midfielder Sebastian Larsson is being targeted by Stoke City boss Tony Pulis.

Birmingham City midfielder Sebastian Larsson is being targeted by Stoke City boss Tony Pulis.

Reports suggest that Pulis is determined to bring the Swede to the Britannia Stadium in January and will push hard to clinch his services.

Larsson has been in contract extension talks with Birmingham but is yet to commit himself to the Blues and now the Potters are ready to come in with a £2million bid.

Originally, Pulis wanted to sign loanee Jermaine Pennant permanently but his Spanish club, Real Zaragoza, have slapped a £6million price-tag on him.
