Andre Bikey is convinced his move to Burnley will help him get to the World Cup with Cameroon.
The defender said: "Every player wants to play in the World Cup and playing with Burnley is going to be positive for me.
"I'm going to be better in my mind because the World Cup is the next stage. Right now we are last in the group but, with four games to go, if we win the next two games we've got a good chance, and we've got a good team.
"In the last two years there has been a lot of problems with the federation, the team and everything, that's why we were doing badly.
"Right now we're trying to sort out the problem and hopefully everything will be okay and we can start afresh in the national team.
"If we win the next two games we are top (of the group), so we've got an 80 per cent chance to be in the World Cup."
