Sam Allardyce will meet with Crystal Palace chairman Steve Parish this week to discuss the club's future.
The Daily Mail reports that Allardyce is concerned with the club's policy towards recruitment as they look towards next year's Premier League campaign.
The Englishman replaced Alan Pardew as Palace manager in December, and subsequently helped guide the Eagles from 17th to 14th by seasons end.
Now, Allardyce reportedly wants assurances from the club that he will be allowed to buy the players that he wants in the summer.
The 62-year old has a £2.5m-a-year contract with the Selhurst Park club until 2019.
