Former Inter Milan defender Lucio immediately endeared himself to Juventus fans when talking about their Scudetti record. Lucio insists Juve have won 30 titles, despite the claim being sure to infuriate Inter.

"President Andrea Agnelli is right, Juventus have won 30 Scudetti," said the Brazilian.

"I respect my ex-teammates at Inter, but I now play for Juventus and I hope they miss me - I hope Inter have made a mistake.

"Should I score a goal against them then I will certainly celebrate it as I always give my best for the team which I play for."

He added: "I'm somebody that always honours the shirt that I wear. Juventus have returned to being a great team and our mentality must be a winning one.

"I'm now at the disposal of the Coach in order to adapt to the systems he employs."
