Besiktas president Fikret Orman admits there's concerns around Jose Sosa.
The striker wants to join AC Milan and has gone AWOL from preseason training.
“His mental state is not healthy, as shown by his decisions," Orman said in a Press conference.
“He was dealing with us and everything was fine, then he changed his mind after talking with the sporting director. He has a contract and we want to protect damage to our reputation, we're one of the most prestigious clubs in the world.
“If he wants to leave someone must bring the money, what Sosa has done is self-harm. If he brings us the money to find a replacement he can go.
“Milan? Terrorism is everywhere, if you want a player you can just pick up the phone and call."
