Besiktas are keen to take Mario Balotelli off Liverpool's hands.

However, the Italian must accept a major pay-cut for the deal to happen.

Balotelli is wanted on an initial loan deal by Besiktas, says Gazzetta World.

The 25-year-old earns over £4.5m per year on his current deal at Anfield but the Istanbul outfit will need that figure to come down considerably.

President Fikret Orman confirmed his interest in the maverick striker who has been told by Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp to find a new club this summer.
