Besiktas captain Oguzhan Ozyakup is mulling over a pre-contract offer made by Arsenal.

Aksam says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has offered former Academy player Ozyakup a bumper contract to return to the Emirates.

The 25-year-old is in the last six months of his contract with Turkish giant Besiktas and is free to talk about a summer move.

Arsenal have long been linked with an interest in the midfielder, who spent four years at the Emirates as a youth player, but a firm offer has been made.
