Chairman Fikret Orman has raised doubts as to whether Besiktas will be signing Liverpool's flop duo Christian Benteke and Mario Balotelli this summer.
Liverpool are looking to offload Benteke and Balotelli in the current transfer window and recently, it had been claimed that Turkish side Besiktas were interested in securing the services of the two players.
Orman has now gone on to admit that the Istanbul club is interested in both Benteke and Balotelli but raised doubts regarding either transfer coming into fruition due to financial as well as disciplinary reasons.
Orman told reporters: "Benteke is a good player that we would want to see come to Besiktas but his he is valued at a very high price.
"It does not look like an easy deal.
"Balotelli is a major star but a troubled player. He has got an image. We are interested in other players as well.
"Ideally we want to sign a striker on loan."
