Besiktas chief Cem Yalcinkaya has confirmed their interest in Manchester United striker Robin van Persie.
The Dutch veteran is being linked with a move to Turkey this week.
"If the conditions are correct and he wants to come this way, we would like to make an offer to him, even if it means that we will reach our financial limit," Yalcinkaya told Habertürk.
"Van Persie would be good for our fans.
"And we can recoup the transfer fee again with the merchandising around him."
