West Ham United are again showing considerable interest in Besiktas striker Hugo Almeida according to Sky Sports.
The Hammers are desperate to bring in some attacking quality this winter and appear to have identified the 29-year old Portugal international as that type of player.
Hammers boss Sam Allardyce was keen on the former Werder Bremen star in the summer and is now pondering a January offer after noticing his 12 goals in 17 outings in all competitions for the Turkish side so far this season.
