Bertrand Traore's patience has paid off at Chelsea.
The Stamford Bridge club have confirmed the 18-year-old has agreed a four-and-a-half year professional contract, ending a two-year wait to tie the talented midfielder down.
The Daily Mail says Traore's contract is worth in-excess of £2miilion over the duration of his deal.
Traore joined Chelsea from Association Jeunes Espoirs De Bobo-Dioulasso in 2011, and eventually made his first team bow in the club's tour of Asia earlier this year.
The attacking midfielder has already made 10 appearances for Burkina Faso.
