Ryan Bertrand feels Southampton can finish in the top four this season.
The Saints left-back, 25, arrived at St Mary's on a season-long loan in the summer from Chelsea.
Bertrand told the Daily Star: "I definitely have an eye on Chelsea. We're trying to catch them at the minute!
"I tune in and we're winning and they're winning so that's happy days for me.
"I wouldn't say the top four was too much of an ask.
"We're aware that it's still early days and I think we will be able to tell more come January time.
"We are fulfilling more than our expectation but, at the same time, we fully deserve to be there."
