Vincenzo Bernardo is still looking to win a contract, potentially with a European club.
The former Napoli midfielder has recently been trialling with English club Watford and although a contract from them seems unlikely, his agent believes trials like that one will help him find the club he is looking for.
"There has been no offer as yet, even though he performed well," Bernardo's rep Steve Georgiou told Soccer365 in regards to the Watford trial.
"With a bit of time settling into the style of the English game, he could do well here at that level.
"But Vincenzo's attributes suit a different style of play to the English game - although, I'm not ruling the UK out."
Georgiou believes Bernardo may be better suited to other areas of Europe with the way he plays the game and said there was plenty of interest in his client.
"I think his immediate future may be in another country. Somewhere where the emphasis is on possession and passing to feet," he added.
"We have a lot more interest from other countries, such as the USA, Greece, Belgium and the UK, but it's just a case of me, Alex Levack and Vincenzo sitting down and looking over what offers for trials he has and deciding on what would suit him best. We will not rush into anything."
