Former AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi admits Juventus' swoop for Cristiano Ronaldo is a blow to his former club.
Ronaldo left Real Madrid for Juve in a €112m deal last week.
"As a Milan fan, (the signing of Cristiano) has a terrible effect, but in truth, the arrival in Serie A of an absolute champion like Cristiano Ronaldo is good news," said Berlusconi.
"It's not only good for Juventus, but for all of Italian football. Therefore, I congratulate Juventus, its managers and their supporters."
Berlusconi was the owner of Milan from 1986 to 2017.
