AC Milan patron Silvio Berlusconi is delighted to see his team top of the table.
The Italian PM credits their success to a deep squad.
He explained: "Pato is going through a time of great form, while Zlatan Ibrahimovic is in a bad period, but will recover soon.
"Milan is a team that came out of a period of injuries and rose thanks to a big squad that we had prepared and which has allowed us to field a team in tough times.
"We are leading the way, chased by this extraordinary Napoli."
