AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has given Ronaldinho a spot of group therapy. Gazzetta dello Sport says Berlusconi addressed the Milan players over the weekend about his hopes for them ahead of the new season.

"You are a great team, stronger than Inter," bellowed Berlusconi. "If you do things the right way you can win the league."

He then ordered his players to sit - all except Ronaldinho.

With the Brazilian standing in front of the group, Berlusconi said: "Ronaldinho, you are a champion. Now you must promise in front of your peers that you will behave like a professional throughout the season and will do everything you can to bring them victory."

And Ronaldinho replied: "I will."

This all happened yesterday morning in Milanello before their 2-0 friendly win over Varese.
