AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi spoke with the players earlier today ahead of their Champions League tie against Ajax.
Berlusconi was accompanied by his daughter Barbara, now a club general manager.
"I came here to be close to the team. I hope that I bring them good luck," he said when leaving the get-together.
"I embraced each of the lads, one by one. Naturally I tried to bring back the memory of what was the great Milan side and that we still are the club that has won the most international trophies in the world.
"I supported them and hope I started work on making them feel they belong at Milan. If I have time to return here as often as I did in the first 10 years of my presidency, I hope it can have some positive effect."
