AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi cannot guarantee Bee Taechaubol's share purchase.

Berlusconi has offered an update on his sale of 48 per cent of the Rossoneri to Thai property tycoon Bee.

“The Chinese market crisis has affected the closing. We've had negotiations with others too, because the goal is to equip Milan with resources for the future to get back to being competitive in Italy, in Europe and in the world.

“Is a deal close? We gave very close deadlines."
