Saido Berahino has threatened to go on strike after West Brom turned down two deadline-day bids from Tottenham, reports Sky Sports.
Spurs have been chasing the England U21 striker all summer and had two offers rejected in the run-up to the final day of the transfer window.
Albion chairman Jeremy Peace has consistently said Berahino will not be sold.
And the 22-year-old has reacted angrily to Peace's stance with a short statement on his Twitter account.
It said: "Sad how I can't say exactly how the club has treated me, but I can officially say I will never play Jeremy Peace."
