Karim Benzema is fed-up with his treatment by Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Diario Gol says the France striker is angry over the lack of recognition from Real's board this year after helping the club secure a historic Double.
Benzema feels he deserves a new contract, but word has come back to him that Florentino has no plans of offering fresh terms. Indeed, it's suggested the president would welcome Benzema demanding a transfer before the summer market shuts.
Just last month, Florentino had declared he hoped Benzema would play out his career with Real. But with the focus now on AS Monaco whizkid Kylian Mbappe, the president clearly has moved on.
Benzema doesn't wish to leave, though knows he can earn far more in England at an age when the next contract is set be the biggest of his career.
