Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke has suffered an injury while on Belgium international duty.
The Daily Mail says Benteke cut short his involvement in Belgium's training session yesterday and is almost certain to miss tomorrow's game against Japan.
Villa striker Benteke picked up a knee injury against Colombia on Thursday and hobbled out of training after feeling some discomfort.
But he is expected to be fit for the derby against West Bromwich Albion on Monday night.
