Christian Benteke is expected at Aston Villa this morning.
The Daily Mail says Benteke flew back to Birmingham last night and is set to resume pre-season training with Aston Villa.
Manager Paul Lambert is expecting his 19-goal forward, who took no part in the pre-season tour of Germany, to return to Villa Park after the player rocked the Birmingham club with a transfer request last week.
