Nabil Bentaleb insists Tottenham are primed for a big season.
The midfielder says Spurs can finish in the top four and win the Europa League.
"We have the team, we have a strong squad," said Bentaleb. "We want both things and I'm sure we can achieve our target. That is what big clubs and good teams want.
"The head coach (Mauricio Pochettino) has come in with a new mentality and I think it's really good for us. Is the mentality different from last season? Yes, it probably is.
"There is a winning spirit now. Of course, you always want to win but there are ways of doing it, ways to prepare. We train very hard, and that is where everything starts.
"In those sessions, everyone wants to win and everyone then takes that spirit on to the pitch. We are all hungry for success."
