Darren Bent says Tottenham's players have quickly been won over by new manager Juande Ramos.
"He's definitely a hands-on person, he likes to speak to every person individually," said Bent. "That's what he did before the Middlesbrough game with me when he told me I was playing. He did the same with Kevin-Prince Boateng and Jermain Defoe.
"He also spoke to the guys who were left out. So it's nice that you don't get left out without hearing the reason."
Although he is still in the early stages of his reign, Bent revealed the confidence players have in the Spaniard.
"It's definitely been a lot different," said the 23-year-old.
"He's been really good, he's got good methods and talks a lot of sense."
