Darren Bent insists he's never felt unsettled at Aston Villa.

Bent saw former Villa teammates Stewart Downing and Ashley Young leave for Liverpool and Manchester United respectively over the summer.

"I never felt low. They were two good friends, Stewart and Ashley. I've known Ashley a long time. In that respect, I was sad, but on the pitch, I wasn't down," he told the Birmingham Mail.
