Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has confirmed to fans he'll soon be leaving.

The Daily Star reports the 29-year-old was signing fan shirts from his car window when he was asked about whether he was leaving for Fulham or Newcastle United.

He said: "Yeah, I'll be out of here pretty soon, I'm sure."

When pushed which club he'd prefer, Bent replied: "We'll have to see."
