Liverpool boss Rafa Benitez has confirmed Javier Mascherano will start at Arsenal tonight after his league suspension.

He said: "Javier will be available for the first leg, he will start this game.

"He was playing well before the suspension and there is no doubt he will be important for us at Arsenal."
