Rafa Benitez is due in Madrid today. Benitez signed off from Napoli with defeat to Lazio last night, leaving the club out of the Champions League places.

AS says he'll take a private jet this morning after having a farewell dinner last night with Napoli president Aurelio De Laurentiis.

Benitez will be in Spain this morning in preparation for his unveiling as Real Madrid coach on Wednesday.

On the private jet will also be his staff, Juan Francisco Sanchez, Xavi Valero, Paco de Miguel and Antonio Gomez.
